                     One Dish Chicken & Stuffing Bake

   4      c             Seasoned stuffing mix
   4                    Chicken breast halves --
                        - up to 6, skinless, boneless
                        Paprika
  10 3/4  oz            Can cream of mushroom soup
     1/3  c             Milk
   1      tb            Fresh parsley -- chopped

Mix stuffing, 1-1/4 cups boiling water and 4 tb margarine. Spoon
stuffing across center of 3 qt shallow baking dish. Place chicken on
each side of stuffing. Sprinkle paprika over chicken. Mix soup, milk,
and parsley. Pour over chicken. Bake covered at 400 F for 30 minutes
or until chicken is no longer pink.

Yield: 4 Servings
