   2      oz            Cheese -- low cholesterol
   2      tb            Onion -- minced
     1/2  c             Mushrooms -- chopped raw

Combine all ingredients and microwave for 2 minutes per serving or
bake at 350 F until onion is tender and cheese is thoroughly
melted.
