MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Polish Casserole Categories: Pasta, Pork, Vegetables, Cheese, Dairy Yield: 2 Casseroles 4 c Uncooked penne pasta 1 1/2 lb Smoked Polish sausage or - kielbasa; in 1/2" slices 21 1/2 oz Cream of mushroom soup - (2 cans); undiluted 16 oz Jar sauerkraut; rinsed, well - drained 3 c Ementhal cheese; shredded, - divided 1 1/3 c Milk 4 Green onions; chopped 2 tb Dijon mustard 4 cl Garlic: minced Set oven @ 350 F/175 C. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in sausage, soup, sauerkraut, 2 cups cheese, milk, onions, mustard, and garlic. Spoon into two greased 8" square baking dishes; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and bubbly, 45-50 minutes.
