                         SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE2

   3       c            Cooked mashed sweet potatoes
     1/2   c            Sugar
   2                    Eggs
     1/4   c            Softened butter
   1       t            Vanilla
     1/4   t            Salt
     1/4   c            Margarine
     1/2   c            Brown sugar
     1/4   c            Flour
     1/2   c            Chopped pecans

  Mix first 6 ingredients to-gether. Put in 2 qt. casserole. Melt butter or
  margarine in small saucepan, add brown sugar, flour and nuts. Stir well &
  msprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake uncovered 30 min. in 350 oven.  You may
  add 1/2 tsp. each of cinnamon and nutmeg to first 6 ingredients. Hot or
  cold you will think you are eating dessert. Delicious!
