* Exported from MasterCook * Swiss Spaghetti Casserole Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Vegetarian Casseroles Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 oz Spaghetti squash 3 oz Swiss chard 3 oz Onion -- chopped 3 oz Green pepper -- chopped 1 1/2 oz Almonds -- blanched, chopped 1 ts Garlic -- minced 2 ts Thyme 1/2 ts Salt Sesame oil Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly grease a 4x8" baking pan with sesame oil. Cut squash in half, remove seeds, and discard them. Place the squash in a baking pan cut side down, with 1/3" water. Bake for 40 mintues. Then lower oven to 375 F. When squash is cool enough to handle, cut into 1/2" cubes. Steam Swiss chard for 6 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
