MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Easy Taco Casserole
 Categories: Beef, Chilies, Cheese, Vegetables
      Yield: 6 Servings

      1 lb Ground beef
      1 c  Salsa
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
      2 ts Chilli spice mix
      2 c  Tortilla chips; crushed
      1 c  Colby cheese; shredded
      1 c  Monterey Jack cheese;
           - shredded
      1 md Tomato; chopped
      2 c  Lettuce; shredded

  In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer
  pink; drain. Add the salsa, mayonnaise, and chili powder.

  In an ungreased 2 qt baking dish, layer half of the meat mixture,
  chips and cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, @ 350 F/175 C
  for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Just before serving,
  top with tomato and lettuce.
