MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Chicken & Swiss Stuffing Bake Categories: Poultry, Breads, Cheese, Dairy, Vegetables Yield: 8 Servings 10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup; - undiluted 1 c Milk 6 oz Pkg stuffing mix 2 c Chicken; cooked, diced 2 c Fresh broccoli florets; - cooked 2 Celery ribs; fine chopped 1 1/2 c Ementhal cheese; shredded, - divided In a large bowl, combine soup and milk until blended. Add the stuffing mix with contents of seasoning packet, chicken, broccoli, celery, and 1 cup cheese. Transfer to a greased 13x9" baking dish. Bake, uncovered, @ 375 F/190 C for 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
