MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Broccoli-Cauliflower Chicken Casserole Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Mushrooms, Herbs, Cheese Yield: 8 Servings 2 lb Chicken; boned, skinned, - in 1" pieces 1 sm Head cauliflower; chopped 1 bn Broccoli; chopped 1/2 lb Medium fresh mushrooms; - chopped 1 lg Onion; chopped 2 md Carrots; fine chopped 1 c Chicken broth 4 oz Cream cheese; softened 2 tb Olive oil 2 ts Dried sage leaves 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Pepper 1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded Hot cooked brown rice In a 6 qt slow cooker, combine the first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk broth, cream cheese, oil, sage, salt, and pepper; pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook, covered, on low 4 to 5 hours or until chicken and vegetables are tender. Serve with rice.
