MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Chicken And Rice Casserole Categories: Poultry, Rice, Vegetables, Potatoes, Nuts Yield: 12 Servings 4 c Cooked white rice 4 c Chicken; cooked, diced 1/2 c Slivered almonds 1 sm Onion; chopped 8 oz Can sliced water chestnuts; - drained 10 oz Box peas; thawed 3/4 c Celery; chopped 10 3/4 oz Can cream of celery soup; - undiluted 10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup; - undiluted 1 c Mayonnaise 2 ts Lemon juice 1 ts Salt 2 c Potato chips; crushed Paprika Set oven @ 350 F/175 C. In a greased 13x9" baking dish, combine first 7 ingredients. In a large bowl, combine soups, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt. Pour over chicken mixture and toss to coat.
