                        Special Company Casserole

   2      lb            Frozen hash browns
     1/2  c             Onions -- chopped
   1                    Can cream of celery soup
   1                    Can cream of chicken soup
   8      oz            Sour cream
   2      c             Cheddar cheese -- grated

Let potatoes thaw. Combine all ingredients except for one cup of the
cheddar cheese. Put potato mixture in a well greased 9x13" pan. Top
with remaining cheese. Bake for 1-1/2 hours @ 375 F.
