                         Crab Delights Casserole

   1      c             Peas -- cooked
   5                    Eggs -- hard boiled, sliced
     1/2                Lemon -- juice of
                        Bread crumbs
                        Butter
                        Lemon slices
   3      tb            Butter
   3      tb            Flour
                        Salt and pepper -- to taste
                        Paprika -- to taste
   2      c             Milk
   8      oz            Kemp's Crab Delights

Melt butter; blend in flour, salt, pepper, and paprika; add milk
slowly, stirring until smooth; add Crab Delights, peas, 4 sliced eggs
and lemon juice. Place mixture in a casserole dish, sprinkle with
bread crumbs and dabs of butter. Bake in a 350 F oven until top
browns and mixture is heated. Garnish with rest of egg slices and
lemon slices.
