                              Taco Casserole

   2      lb            Ground beef
   1                    Can cream of celery soup
   1                    Can beef broth
   1                    Pkg dry taco seasoning mix
   1      lg            Can Ro-Tel tomatoes
   1      lg            Pkg tortilla chips
   1      c             Cheddar cheese -- shredded

Brown ground beef and drain. Mix soup, beef broth, taco sauce, and
tomatoes in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Layer meat and Doritos
in a casserole dish, reserving some Doritos for the top. Pour soup
mixture over the meat and Doritos. Top with remaining Doritos and
cheese. Bake at 350 F until cheese is melted.
