      Title: Taco Casserole

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      1 lb Ground beef
      1    Onion; chopped
           Salt
           Pepper
      1 c  Refried beans
      1 c  Jalapeno relish; or bean dip
      3 oz Green chilies; chopped
      1 c  Taco sauce
    1/4 c  Green onions; chopped
      1 c  Black olives; chopped
      1 c  Tomato; chopped
      1 c  Lettuce; shredded
      1 c  Sour cream
 
  Fry meat and onions; drain. Spread beans in 10x13" dish. Top with
  meat mix. Sprinkle with green chilies. Add cheese and drizzle with
  taco sauce. (May be chilled at this point.) Bake, uncovered at
  400 F for 20 to 25 minutes. When done and slightly cooled, spread
  quacamole and sprinkle with lettuce, olives, green onions, and
  tomato. Serve with corn chips.
