                          Waffles with Mocha Mix

   1      cup           mocha mix
   2      tablespoons   cream of wheat
   2      tablespoons   butter -- melted
   1      teaspoon      wheat gluten
     3/4  cup           flour
   2      teaspoons     baking powder
   2      tablespoons   plain yogurt
   1                    egg
   1      teaspoon      sugar
     1/2  teaspoon      vanilla

Soften cream of wheat in Mocha Mix.  Add butter, vanilla, sugar, and
yogurt.  Add egg and dry ingredients.  Makes 3 round Belgium waffles.
