---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Raspberry-Chocolate Coffee Cake Categories: Desserts, Chocolate Yield: 12 servings Streusel: 1/3 c Flour 1/4 c Sugar 1/4 c Butter or margarine; firm 1/3 c Almonds; slivered Cake: 2 c Flour 3/4 c Sugar 1/4 c Butter or margarine; -softened 1 c Milk 2 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Salt 1 Egg 6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips c Raspberries; thawed Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 0:50 Heat oven to 350. Grease square pan, 9 x 9 inches. Prepare streusel; set aside. Beat remaining ingredients except chips and raspberries on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Spread half of the batter in pan. Sprinkle with half each of the chips, raspberries and streusel.
