      Title: Chicken Mozzarella Monster Sliders
 Categories: Poultry, Cheese, Breads, Vegetables, Sauces
      Yield: 12 Servings

     12    Breaded chicken breast
           - strips
     12 sl Mozzarella cheese
      1 c  Marinara sauce
     12    Slider buns
     24    Pimento stuffed Manzanilla
           - olives
     24 sm Toothpicks

  Bake chicken strips according to package directions.

  Meanwhile, on a cutting board, cut cheese edges in a jagged pattern
  to resemble teeth. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add
  marinara. Cook, stirring often, until simmering, 5 to 8 minutes.

  Arrange bun bottoms on a serving platter and layer each with 1 tb
  marinara, 1 chicken strip, an additional 1 tb marinara, and 1 slice
  mozzarella.
  Add bun tops.

  Skewer an olive onto each toothpick; insert 2 toothpicks into each
  slider to make "monster eyes."

  Serve immediately.
