                     Spaghetti Squash On Tomato Sauce

     1/2                Spaghetti squash
   1                    Can diced Italian tomatoes

  Bake squash in tray and about 1/2" water at about 350 F until soft
  and stringy. Scoop squash contents into plastic lunch box. Dump one
  can of Italian tomatoes on top. Do not mix!
  
  At Work:

  Mix and nuke for 3 minutes on HIGH.
