      Title: Quick Squash Saute

      1 ts olive oil
    1/2 c  coarse-grated yellow squash
    1/2 c  coarse-grated zucchini
           Generous pinch ground
           nutmeg
           (optional)
           Salt to taste

  Wash squash and zucchini, cut off ends and discard, chop.
  In a small skillet or medium size saucepan over medium high heat,
  heat olive oil.
  Add squash, zucchini, nutmeg and salt.
  Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes, until tender.  (Squash cooks very
  quickly.)
