MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Acorn Squash w/Asian Flavors Categories: Five, Squash, Sauces, Herbs Yield: 2 Servings 1/2 lb Acorn squash; halved stem to - tip, seeded, cooked 1 Lemon; juices (2-3 TB) 2 tb Clover honey 1 tb Soy Sauce 1 tb Grated fresh ginger Salt & pepper Place squash (cut-side up) in microwave-safe dish; cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 10-12 min or until tender. Combine in small bowl, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce and ginger; stir to blend. Carefully turn over hot squash. Spoon mixture into cooked squash halves.
