      Title: Garlic Creamed Spinach
 Categories: Vegetables, Greens, Cheese, Dairy
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 tb Olive oil
      1 sm Onion; chopped
     20 oz Chopped spinach (2 boxes);
           - thawed, squeezed dry
      2 cl Garlic; minced
      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
    1/4 c  Milk
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Pepper
 
  In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add
  onion; cook and stir until tender, 5-7 minutes. Add
  spinach and garlic; cook 2 minutes longer. Stir in
  remaining ingredients; cook until cream cheese is
  melted.
