      Title: Beets With Orange Juice

      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      1 tb Butter
      4 tb Brown sugar
  1 1/2 tb Flour
    3/4 c  Orange juice; + zest
           Salt and pepper
  2 1/2 c  Beets; diced
 
  Melt butter in top of double boiler; stir with sugar mixed with flour
  and orange zest.
  
  Cook until thick; stir constantly; add seasoning and beets and heat
  thoroughly.
