                           Bar-B-Q Fiddleheads

   1      pound         fiddleheads -- fresh
   2      tablespoons   butter
                        salt to taste
                        sprinkle of lemon juice

Place fiddleheads on large sheet of aluminum foil add butter, salt and
lemon juice.  Fold all ends of foil together tightly and place on
Bar-B-Q.  Cook 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
