* Exported from MasterCook * Crunchy Garden Peas and Green Onions Recipe By : Nathalie Dupree, Cooks, TVFN, 1996 Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:10 Categories : Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 5 tb Olive oil 2 c Green garden peas -- shelled 3 Green onions with stems -- - chopped Salt Black pepper -- freshly ground 3 ts Fresh basil -- finely chopped 3 tb Parmesan cheese -- grated Hot pepper Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the peas and green onions and saute 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the optional basil, cheese and/or hot pepper flakes to taste.
