                            Savory Sauerkraut

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
     1/4  c             Butter or other fat
   1      qt            Sauerkraut
     1/4  ts            Celery seed or caraway seed

Heat the fat in a skillet until golden brown, and add the sauerkraut
and the seasoning. Mix well using a fork to separate the kraut. Cover
and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
