Scalloped Potatoes Categories: Potatoes, Dairy, Cheese Yield: 4 servings 2 lg (or 4 sm) potatoes 2 c Milk 1 lg Piece of cheese 2 tb Butter 1 md Onion Salt & pepper Wash, peel and slice thinly, potatoes and onions. Place layer of potatoes, dot with cheese and several slices of onion. Add salt and pepper. Continue this until you use all of the potatoes and onions. On top of this put a layer of cheese.
