                          Roasted Pesto Potatoes

     3/4  pound         red potatoes -- cut 1 inch thick
   2-3          tablespoons   pesto sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  In a large bowl, toss together
the pesto and the potatoes.  Spread the potatoes out on a
baking sheet.  Bake for 45 minutes or until crispy and golden.
Serve hot.
