      4 ea Potatoes                           10 ea Garlic cloves, unpeeled
    1/4 tb Oil                            
 
  Boil whole or quartered potatoes for 5 minutes.   Roast potatoes, smeared
  with oil, in pan with whole garlic cloves at 400F for 45 minutes.
