* Exported from MasterCook * Dilled New Potatoes Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Potatoes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 Lb. new potatoes 1/3 C. butter 1/2 Tsp. salt 1/2 Tsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. chipped -- fresh dill or 1 Tsp. dried dill weed Scrub potatoes and partially pare around centers. Place in skillet in gently boiling salted water. Cover and cook 15 minutes, or until just tender. Drain off water. Add butter and heat, shaking pan frequently until browned.
