Cut each potato into 4 wedges and transfer to a small bowl. Set aside. In a small saucepan or metal measuring container, melt margarine; add soy sauce and stir to combine. Pour margarine mixture over potatoes and toss to coat. Transfer potatoes to a nonstick baking sheet brushed with any remaining margarine mixture.
