                          Parsleyed New Potatoes

   2      Lb.           new potatoes (small)
   3      Tbsp.         margarine
   3      Tbsp.         parsley -- chopped

Scrub unpared potatoes lightly with vegetable brush.
Heat 2-inches salted water to boiling. Add potatoes. Cover;
heat to boiling. Cook until tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Drain.
Add butter; toss until potatoes are covered. Sprinkle with
parsley and serve.
