* Exported from MasterCook * Potatoes with Lemon, Thyme and Wax Beans Recipe By : Hanneman 1997 Riverside Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:30 Categories : Eat-Lf Steamer Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/4 pounds new potatoes -- cut into 1" cubes 3 sprigs fresh thyme -- with blossoms 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest -- fresh freshly ground black pepper -- to taste 1 cup wax beans, frozen 1 pinch salt -- as needed Scrub the thin-skinned small (waxy) potatoes and cut into 4ths and 6ths etc. Steam in a cooker with the thyme sprigs, minced lemon zest, and pepper.
