If using fresh corn shuck off kernels in large bowl. Melt margarine in a casserole bowl. Meanwhile, pour whole kernels or fresh corn in a bowl. Mix with sugar, salt and pepper and flour. If using fresh corn, pour in 1 1/2 cups of water; if using canned, add the can of cream-style and mix well. Pour corn in casserole bowl with margarine. Cook in the oven for 1 1/2 hours.
