                         Spectacular Frozen Corn

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
  35      ears          fresh corn (or 16-18 cups cut corn)
   1      pound         butter (do not substitute)
   1      pint          half and half

Put in a 325 degree oven.  Cook for one hour, stirring occasionally.  
Remove and cool.  When cool, freeze.  To serve, just heat in double 
boiler or microwave.
