MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Hyacinth's Carrots Du Bucket
 Categories: Vegetables, Herbs, Fruits, Nuts
      Yield: 6 Servings

      4 lg Carrots
      3 tb Honey; slightly warmed
    1/4 ts Nutmeg
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
      3 tb Parsley; minced
      1 tb Apple juice concentrate
    1/4 c  Hazelnuts; toasted
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
    1/4 c  Clarified butter

  Steam the carrots until tender but still firm. Grate the carrots.
  Mix all the ingredients. Reheat by sauteing in clarified butter.
