* Exported from MasterCook II * Stuffed Artichokes Recipe By : Cooking Monday To Friday Show #MF6670 Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time : Categories : Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 oz Whole milk ricotta cheese (1 c) 1 Egg -- lightly beaten 2 tb Parmesan cheese -- grated Salt Freshly ground black pepper 4 oz Black Forest ham -- - cut into thin strips 4 Artichokes -- cooked in - microwave oven, chokes removed 1/4 c Dry bread crumbs 2 tb Butter -- melted Preheat the oven to 350 F. Blend the ricotta, egg, Parmesan, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Blend in the ham. Stuff the artichokes and set them in a baking pan. Add some water to the bottom of the baking pan.
