           Potatoes, sm, ckd, quartered
           Green onions, chpd
           Lettuce,torn
           Salt and pepper
           Caper vinaigrette dressing

MMMMM-----------------CAPER VINAIGRETTE DRESSING----------------------
      2 T  Capers, drained
      4 T  Parsley, chopped
      1 c  Olive oil
      4 T  Lemon juice
      2 t  Dijon mustard
    1/2 c  Wine vinegar
 
  Place ingredients in a small jar and shake to mix.
