                     Spinach Salad With Strawberries

   4      c             Baby spinach leaves --
                        - washed and dried
   1      c             Firm ripe strawberries -- sliced
   1      tb            White wine vinegar
   3      tb            Olive oil -- lightly flavored
     1/4  ts            Black pepper - fresh cracked

Place the strawberries on top of the spinach in a salad bowl. Drizzle
the vinegar, then oil. Add pepper, toss and serve.
