Tear into bite-size pieces. Quickly rinse mushrooms in cold water; drain well, and slice thin. Combine spinach, mushrooms, onion, and bacon in a large bowl; set aside. Combine salad oil, sugar, mustard, onion juice, and salt to container of electric blender; blend well. Remove lid of container; slowly add vinegar while blender is running.
