* Exported from MasterCook * Turkey Taco Salad Recipe By : Unknown Cooking Magazine Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : All Newly Typed Not Shared Poultry Salads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound lean ground turkey 1 can (4.5 oz.) mild green chilies -- drained 1/2 package (4.5 oz.) taco seasoning mix 1/4 cup water 2 cups shredded lettuce 2 tomatoes -- chopped 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 bag (8 oz.) baked tortilla chips Saute turkey in large nonstick skillet over high heat until browned, about 5 minutes, stirring with fork to break up clumps. Drain any fat from skillet. Stir in chilies, seasoning mix and water; cook over high heat until liquid is evaporated. To serve: Divide meat mixture among plates.
