                               CREAMY SLAW

   1       sm           Can evaporated milk
   1       t            Salt
     1/8   ts           Pepper
   4       c            Shredded cabbage
   1                    Stalk celery, diced
     1/4   c            Cider vinegar
   2       tb           Sugar
     1/4   ts           Celery seed
     1/2   c            Mayonnaise or Salad dressing
   1                    Carrot, shredded

     Stir together milk, vinegar, sugar, salt, celery
  seed, pepper and mayonnaise.  Chill until ready to
  serve.  Combine cabbage, carrot and celery.  Chill.
  To serve: pour dressing mixture over cabbage mixture.
  Toss to coat well.  Serve immediately.
