MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Hot Spinach Apple Salad
 Categories: Pork, Greens, Fruits, Vegetables
      Yield: 10 Servings

      6 sl Bacon; diced
    1/4 c  Cider vinegar
      3 tb Brown sugar
      9 c  Fresh baby spinach
      2 lg Red apples; unpeeled,
           - thin sliced
      1 md Red onion (3/4 c); chopped

  In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towels.
  Drain, reserving 2 tb drippings.

  In same skillet, combine vinegar, brown sugar, and reserved
  drippings. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  Cool slightly.

  Meanwhile, in a serving bowl, combine spinach, apples, onion, and
  bacon. Drizzle with warm dressing; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
