      Title: Kohlrabi And Apple Salad With Creamy Mustard Dressing

      Yield: 8 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Heavy cream
      2 tb Fresh lemon juice
      1 tb Coarse grained mustard
      3 tb Fresh parsley; finely chopped
    1/2 ts Sugar
      2 lb Kohlrabi bulbs; trimmed,
           - peeled, and julienned
      1    Granny Smith apple
 
  Reserve the leaves for another purpose.

  In a bowl whisk the cream until it holds soft peaks and whisk in
  the lemon juice, mustard, parsley, sugar, salt, and pepper to
  taste. Stir in the kohlrabi strips and the apple, peeled, cored,
  and diced, and combine the salad well.
