      Title: Southern Coleslaw
 Categories: Greens, Salads, Sauces
      Yield: 16 Servings

      1 md Green cabbage; shredded
      1 c  Red cabbage; shredded
      5    Carrots; shredded
      1 c  Mayonnaise
      2 tb Cider vinegar
    1/2 c  Sugar
      1 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper

  In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots; set aside. In a small
  bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over cabbage mixture.
  Toss well and refrigerate overnight.
