      Title: Confetti Coleslaw

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      4 c  Green cabbage; shredded
    1/2 c  Sweet red pepper; diced
    1/2 c  Green pepper; diced

MMMMM-----------------HONEY-CELERY SEED DRESSIN----------------------
    1/4 c  Vinegar
      3 tb Honey
      1 tb Lemon juice
      1 ts Ground mustard
      1 ts Paprika
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Minced dried onion
      1 c  Vegetable oil
      1 ts Celery seed
 
  In a bowl, toss the cabbage and peppers; cover and chill. For
  dressing, combine the vinegar, honey, lemon juice, mustard, paprika,
  salt, and onion in a blender. Cover and process until smooth.
  Gradually add oil; blend until thickened. Stir in celery seed. Pour
  dressing over cabbage mixture; toss to coat.
