      Title: Cabbage Salad With Whipped Cream Dressing
 Categories: Salads
      Yield: 1 Salad
 
      3 c  Green cabbage; shredded
      1 c  Double cream
      4 tb Lemon juice
     12 dr Tabasco sauce
  1 1/2 ts Salt
      1 ts Sugar
           Onion; grated
      3 tb Horseradish; ground
 
  Put the shredded cabbage in a cold place to become crisp. Whip the
  cream, add the seasonings, and combine with the cabbage just before
  serving. If allowed to stand after mixing, the juices are drawn from
  the cabbage and the dressing becomes too thin. Serve the salad very
  cold. This is very attractive served in a hollowed out head of red
  or curly green cabbage.
