MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Wedge Salad With Blue Cheese Dressing
 Categories: Cheese, Dairy, Greens, Vegetables, Pork
      Yield: 6 Servings

    2/3 c  Blue cheese; crumbled
    2/3 c  Mayonnaise
    1/3 c  Sour cream
      2 ts Water
  1 1/2 ts Red wine vinegar
    1/8 ts Worcestershire sauce
      1 ds Cayenne pepper
      1 lg Iceberg lettuce head
      2 c  Assorted tomatoes; chopped
      6 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled

  In a small bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients. Cut lettuce into
  6 wedges. To serve, top wedges with dressing, tomatoes, and bacon.
