      Title: Sweet Potato Slaw
 Categories: Salads
      Yield: 1 Salad
 
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
    1/2 c  Sour cream
      2 tb Honey
      2 tb Lemon juice
      1 ts Lemon zest; grated
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
      3 c  Raw sweet potatoes; peeled,
           - shredded
      1 md Apple; peeled; chopped
      8 oz Can pineapple tidbits;
           - drained
    1/4 c  Pecans; chopped
 
  In small bowl, combine first 7 ingredients; blend until smooth. In a
  large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, apple, pineapple, and pecans. Add
  dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
