      Title: Nectarine & Beet Salad

      Yield: 8 Servings

     10 oz Spring mix salad greens
           - (2 bags)
      2 md Nectarines; pitted, sliced
    1/2 c  Balsamic vinaigrette
 14 1/2 oz Can sliced beets; drained
    1/2 c  Feta cheese; crumbled

  In a serving dish, toss greens and nectarines with vinaigrette. Top
  with beets and cheese; serve immediately.
