      Title: Bacon & Broccoli Salad
 Categories: Pork, Vegetables, Nuts, Fruits
      Yield: 16 servings

      3 bn Broccoli; in florets (10 c)
      1 lb Bacon; cooked, crumbled
      1 c  Pecans; toasted, chopped
      1 c  Dried blueberries
      1 c  Dried cherries
    1/4 c  Red onion; fine chopped

MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
      1 c  Mayonnaise
    1/4 c  Sugar
    1/4 c  Cider vinegar

  In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. For dressing, in
  a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over
  broccoli mixture; toss to coat.
