                        Marinated Baby Corn Salad

     1/4  c             Oil
   2      tb            Lemon juice
   1      ts            Soy sauce
   1      cl            Garlic -- crushed and minced
     1/2  ts            Onion salt
     1/4  ts            Pepper
   1      ts            Dried parsley
     1/4  ts            Dried oregano
  15 1/2  oz            Can baby corn -- drained
   2      lb            Prepared Italian salad greens

In medium bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, onion
salt, pepper, parsley, and oregano. Fold in baby corn. Cover and
refrigerate.

To Serve:

Arrange salad greens on plates or in bowls. Top with baby corn, and
spoon remaining dressing over greens.
